William Tan (he/him)

Associate Division Director

A seasoned marketing expert, William is armed with over 20 years of experience in traditional advertising, brand and digital marketing. He’s known for thinking out of the box and applying his creativity in the marketing of real estate. This has served him very well in the form of successfully helping many clients with their housing needs, be it about buying their dream home or selling their current property in pursuit of their next real estate goal. He’s especially well versed in the housing wants and needs of singles and young couples, and is one of the co-founders of Prident, a professional collective of experts in financial planning, insurance, real estate and investment that seeks to empower the LGBTQ+ community with holistic financial knowledge so they can gain a sense of financial security.

William regularly writes for 99.co and speaks at webinars to share his knowledge on property investment. He had been featured in EdgeProp Singapore, The Edge, Stacked Home, Home & Decor, Esquire Singapore and The Financial Coconut podcast. 

Kenny Lohwey (he/him)

Associate Division Director

With close to 10 years of realtor experience, Kenny is the go-to guy when you need an expert in all things real estate related. Not only is he good at finding dream homes for his clients, he’s also fantastic at interior design and home improvement projects. In fact, he had even completely made over his home interior, all on his own. His creative streak extends beyond the world of real estate as he also designs and manages his own bespoke premium denim label, Ober.Blünck Denim. Outside of work, you can easily spot him working out at the gym or chilling at home with his two pugs, Pugsley and Pugston.

Cheong Chye(he/him)

Sales Associate

Working full-time in the corporate world of real estate grants Cheong Chye valuable industry insights. He’s also a newly minted homeowner who got to experience first-hand the benefits of working with a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate salesperson. It allowed him to just focus on the joy of searching for his ideal home with the confidence that his agent was there to guide him in each step of the way and helping him look out for his best interests. That experience motivated him to pay it forward by working with SRI to help others with their property needs. Blessed with a green thumb, Cheong Chye loves pottering about his little lush home garden in his free time, or cycling around the island. 

Bevelry Liew(she/her)

Senior Sales Director

Bevelry was an experienced risk consultant, before making a switch to real estate. She has a strategic and methodological approach to helping her clients acquire or market their properties.

Home property market is tough to the uninitiated. There are plenty of rules and noises to navigate. With her years advising multinational companies on risk management best practices and her strong data and research skills, Bevelry is a confidence booster for her real estate clients.

She is also patient and approachable, and always seeks to understand her clients’ objectives before advising. She has guided more than 80 transactions in the last two years.

Raphael Chong(He/him)

Sales Associate

Executive Condos (EC), a government subsidised public-to-private hybrid housing with full condo facilities have always been highly sought after by eligible Singaporeans. EC owners enjoy substantial capital appreciation when they sell their house after fulfilling 5 years Minimum Occupation Period (MOP), with prices peaking near the 10th year mark when they can also sell to foreigners.

Like many young, middle-income couples, Raphael was fortunate enough to buy a comfortable 3-bedroom EC in 2011. Fast forward 10 years, never did they imagined to have 3 beautiful kids or the need for a bigger home. He sold his matrimonial home at a high in 2021, rented temporarily and subsequently bought another gorgeous 4-bedroom EC. Asset progression is real and definitely possible, although most of us never really give it a serious thought until circumstances force us to. This was how he started his property journey. With a special interest and expert knowledge in ECs especially in D19 where home is, Raphael aims to help aspiring friends, couples or families upgrade their quality of life through asset progression. Raphael is also a practicing Media Professional and a Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Certified Business Transformation and Change Management Agent.

Mohammad Norfairus (He/him)

Sales Associate

With over 8 years of project management experience and being an avid community volunteer, Fai believes in serving his clients with a heart. He is friendly and approachable and always seeks to understand his client’s objectives before advising.

A self-professed urban development nerd and a news junkie, he got the pulse on the latest real estate developments. Working full-time as a Senior Strategist, real estate can be a challenging battlefield, but with keen insights and a well-thought plan, getting your next home sweet home will be a done deal.

Outside work, Fai spends his free time volunteering as a family befriender to low-income families living in rental flats or educating people about Singapore’s unique cultural melting pot as a heritage guide.

Ching (She/her)

Sales Associate

As an urban planner, Ching’s passion has always been to design a livable urban environment for people to live, work and play in cities and townships. With more than 15 years of experience as a built environment professional and academic, she is able to help her clients make the best decision in picking the right properties, whether for their homes or investment.

As a community builder, Ching also understands the challenges that many LGBTQ+ folks face when moving out of parental homes in search of a safe space to be their authentic selves. This experience allows her to help others navigate the rental market or purchasing property as a LGBTQ+ person.

Outside of work, she is an avid plant parent to close to 30 indoor plants and always coming up with the next home improvement project. She shares her home with her wife and 18 year old cat. She can be found on Instagram at @chingtherealtor.
